If you're taking part in the MySBT beta program, contact us at support@mysbtapp.com. Include your organization name and, where relevant, the device and app version you're using.
Please do not include client names, initials, dates of birth, or any other identifying information about the people you serve in support correspondence. If a support issue requires reference to a specific record, we'll arrange a secure channel.

Security reports
If you believe you've found a security vulnerability in MySBT, email privacy@mysbtapp.com with details. We take security reports seriously and will get back to you as soon as possible.
